These purposes are necessary for our relationship with you. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell it.
When a business uses our assistants and automations on the WhatsApp Business Platform, we process, on its behalf and following its instructions, the data of the people who write to that business on WhatsApp: phone number, profile name, message content and the information the business asks us to record. In that case the business is responsible for that data and its own privacy notice applies. We use that data only to provide the service to that business.
To operate this site and our services we rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Elytra Biomaterials (technical operation and hosting of our services), OVHcloud (cloud infrastructure), Google (email delivery and reCAPTCHA), Namecheap (email forwarding) and Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform).
In our WhatsApp automation services we also use artificial intelligence providers that process the text of conversations and transcribe voice messages so that the assistants can reply: OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. We also use Chatwoot (a panel where authorized staff handle conversations), Resend (email notifications), Slack (team notifications) and Composio (connection with calendars and tools authorized by the business). When a client business requests it, we record contact data in its own systems, such as its CRM.
Some of these providers process data outside Mexico. We do not transfer your personal data to other third parties, except when required by a competent authority.
You may access, rectify, cancel or oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), revoke your consent, or limit the use or disclosure of your data by writing to info@futuroimperfecto.xyz. Your request must include your name, a way to send you the answer, a document proving your identity (or that of your representative), a clear description of what you are requesting, and any information that helps us locate your data. We will reply within the time limits set by the LFPDPPP.
To request the deletion of your data, including data from conversations with us on WhatsApp, write to info@futuroimperfecto.xyz with the subject "Data deletion" and the email address or phone number you used to contact us. We will confirm by email when the deletion is complete. If your data was processed on behalf of a business that uses our WhatsApp services, we will forward your request to that business and act on its instructions.
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here and to meet our legal obligations, and then we delete it.
This site does not use its own cookies to track you. Google reCAPTCHA, used in the contact form, may set the cookies it needs to work.
